What is Hiz Kidz?

Hiz Kidz is the children's choir of Cedar Park Church for children grades 1 - 6. The goal of our choir is to train young musicians in elements of worship, music theory, music history, vocal technique, fine arts and many elements of character building.In addition to an awesome time of growth and fun during weekly rehearsals, Hiz Kidz performs as a part of the Cedar Park's Christmas concert, during worship services, and at the annual Praise Project event in June. The choir also shares their music regularly with local nursing homes and community events.

Hiz Kidz meets on Sunday evenings September through June... 6:00 - Rehearsal in the Gym 7:05 - 7:45 - Electives 1st - 3rd Grade: Radical Kidz in the Gym 4th - 6th Grade: Chimes, Worship Team, Media, Human Video, Drama and Hospitality teams – campus classrooms

What is Hiz Little Kidz?

Hiz Little Kidz is an absolutely incredible place for children ages 3 - Kindergarten. The goal of the choir is to provide an environment of learning where worship and music education are experienced through listening, art, exploration of instruments, storytime, interaction with guest musicians and actors, games and creative movement. Young musicians build friendship and musicianship by rotating through three different classrooms - Storytime, Music & Art, and Theory & Games. Together the choir sings with Hiz Kidz as a part of Cedar Park's Christmas concert, for local nursing homes and at the annual Praise Project event in June.
