Communion Preparers Needed
Are you looking for a way to get involved at Cedar Park Church and use your gift of service to bless the people who attend Cedar Park Church? Here's your perfect opportunity! We are looking for a team of 2 to 4 dedicated people (couples or singles) to take over as head Communion Preparers starting July, 2008. This is an extremely important, but relatively easy task that only requires about 2 hours of your time on the first Sunday of every month. A team of 4 would allow for flexibility in schedules. Training will be provided. If you are interested, please contact Mary Bolen at 425.488.3600 ext. 1160 or send an email to her at mary.b@cedarpark.org.

Life on Mission

Sunday mornings, 9:00 a.m.
May 18 -June 22
High School Room 320

The call to follow Jesus was a call to live a life of Mission. If we are doing this correctly, it means that we should be multiplying. But the statistics about what is really going on in the Amercian Church are quite staggering; the rapid decline across mainline churches should call us to ask some deep questions about how much we are living on Mission. For six weeks we will discuss the research discovered by The Barna Group in the book, Unchristian: What This New Generation Really Thinks About Christianity, as well as the thoughts of some of the leading ministers of our day. For more information contact Pastor Lindsay at 425.939.1322 or Lindsay.f@cedarpark.org.
