Full Time OpportunitesLICENSED THERAPISTWE ARE SEEKING LICENSED THERAPIST(s) AND INTERNS: □ Cedar Park Counseling Network seeks to add to our staff a few committed Christians who are licensed or license-eligible therapists (ready to take the licensing exam in Washington State) to join our clinical team AND □ qualified counselor interns who have completed 1 year of study in one of the mental health disciplines at an accredited graduate school Ideal candidate(s) for the position will already live in the Greater Seattle area, have counseling experience, and a Christ-centered focus in clinical practice. Spanish-speaking skills are a "plus." We are especially interested in child & adolescent specialists. We prefer: •1. "Team Player," collegial attitudes •2. Compassion for hurting people •3. Experience in building a counseling practice/ministry AND current managed care/insurance panel provider memberships (for those who are licensed or nearly licensed) We offer: •1. Weekly individual supervision •2. Clinical Training •3. Preparation for licensing exams •4. Life-changing counseling ministry and clinical practice We expect that you will: •1. Pray hard •2. Reach out to people who need help •3. Build referral sources in the community AND •4. Serve with excellence. Our licensed/pre-licensed therapists are supported by a percentage of client fees (this is not a salaried position). Interns receive training and clinical hours but no financial reimbursement. Provides support with benefit administration, human resources information system, new hire orientation, records management, payroll interchange, and customer service. Part Time OpportunitesRECEPTIONISTCedar Park Counseling Network in Kenmore, WA has a position available for a part time Receptionist. Responsible for receptionist, customer service, and clerical duties. Provides support with greeting clients and visitors, managing reception area, receiving and distributing all telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining records management system, assembling and mailing information packets to new clients, collecting counseling fees, coordinating insurance data between Network/clients/providers, and assisting with special projects. Must have outstanding oral and written communication abilities, excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, and a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have excellent customer service skills and experience on a multi-line telephone system. Knowledge of medical insurance coverage and billing codes preferred. Varied shifts - SUNDAY: 8:45 am to 10:45 am, 10:45 am to 12:45 am, 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm, and 5:45 pm to 8:45 pm. WEDNESDAY: 6:45 pm to 8:45 pm. FRIDAY: 6 pm to 10 pm.
